Mike was seriously injured in a crash with one of his closest friends in Missouri. He suffered a spinal cord injury during the crash. Mike has done an outstanding job announcing and has a real strength for it. Mike is also a great guy and was one of the nicest kids you have every met. I was good friends of the family and raced with his dad in both vintage and modern racing for several years.

It's not hard to believe in this case . His lap times dropped off a cliff. He didn't just forget how to ride half way through the main so this explanation makes sense.

He may have had COVID... we are still figuring out the permanent effects.

You'd absolutely prefer breaking a bone! Bones heal back to new, dislocations stretch and tear ligaments and tendons and take heaps of rehab to get maybe close to the way they were..

Sunday was boring. Last night was great.....

I was thinking just the opposite. Boring racing to me is one lined with no passing (a lot of 90 degree turns). But the good thing about these tight SLC tracks is they have a lot of 180 turns which creates more passing opportunities. It may be boring to you, but we've seen a ton of passing the last couple races. This is much better than one lined boat races we often see.

Go look at the track maps, you're gonna love next week! There's a few that are exactly what you're talking about.

No doubt He came from the back, after crashing and almost had Wilson at the end. He finished 2 seconds behind Kenny, which is quite the accomplishment, IMO. I’m hoping he can bring his speed again on Sunday, a podium would be awesome, although that’s a pretty tall order with the current speed of top 5. Tomac, Webb, Roczen are favorites, but there are 4-5 others fighting for the top 5. The break seems to have helped some riders recover from injury and get the rest they needed.

Pumped to see Zacho up there, he has got to be one of the strongest mentally. As long as he can stay healthy he’ll be a force to be reckoned with all year long.
