Not sure I would use joy as the way to describe it, but part of the reason I love riding is because it's the only thing I've found where I can truly check out. My mind cannot wander to other things and all the other worries are forgotten when I'm riding. That is the thing I've found hardest to replicate with other activities. Anything else that I've tried and my mind can still wander or stress. Shooting is only thing that's come close. It’s been a while since I’ve shared an update on Jake, so here it is — and man, time really does fly. I wish there were more to report, but for now Jake is still mostly in his wheelchair. He can get around with a walker, and while it may not look pretty, it’s still badass as hell in my book. He just started a new job last week as a flight scheduler for Life Flight, which means he’s officially back in the work saddle after two years. Huge milestone. Not sure if these are new. A ton of great info geared towards us who like all the actual details. Happened to catch this one and will continue to look for them each week. Thanks for this, you do a great job. Excellent replacement for the 40 other videos that explain “some changes were made during the week”, or “I feel like we are in a good place”.

This is all on the “adults” in the room. I was guilty of this a few years ago with daughter in swimming. She was 8 when she started and quickly became “good”. Been riding/racing my trusty YZ250 since 2013. Love the bike but it is definitely tired. I've been considering getting a 450 for a while now as I embrace my vet years. The 250 two stroke is a blast, but you need to work pretty hard to ride it fast, which is fun if you're riding all the time. There's this stuff called teflon plumber's tape. A few wraps of it under your perches will prevent this from happening. Might not sound trick or factory, but neither is losing $500K when 5 cents of teflon tape could have prevented it.

Your cool little gray truck reminds me of these Subaru’s from the glorious 1980’s! Was called the BRAT (at least in the U.S. market?) I had a moto buddy that had one (like this one!) with the T-Top option and I always thought it was cool little hauler! )You could also get “jump-seats in the bed, back when the government let YOU decide if it was safe or not to ride in the back of a moving vehicle!) Jake and the old man left this morning to Medellin, Columbia for his first stem cell transplant. If you're the praying type, we'll take your prayers that this helps stop his spasms and helps him regain control of his nervous system with minimal pain. He will have it everyday this week and fly back this weekend
