Try having a friend slip 2 large flat screwdrivers under the head on both sides by the threaded part and apply enough pressure by prying to lift it while you spin the drill fast.

Thank you for posting that vid Bobby. I wrenched for Steve Herman at the SX East coast rounds in 1991 and since moving to Charlotte 5 years ago had not been able to find the stadium.....I just remembered the view of up town sky scrapers being so close.....when the announcer said Memorial stadium....google put the pieces together.

Its easier with the shroud still on but......Using a air gun spin it fast enough to melt the plastic while pulling it outward. When its out remove the bolt and run a tap threw it to clean it out then JB weld it back in. You will need to do this with the bolt sticking out the back side to...

I agree with wet paint......as long as you balance the load right you will be ok. I also agree with the trailer needing brakes.

I guess I am to 'sum' this up for you? Wink late 70's early 80's .......Big Berm back in Maryland. Gary Bailey and some little kid named David would show up riding Bultacos. Ivan Boyesen would show up towing a big flatbed trailer with about 15 bikes straped to it.

lumpy790 Added a reply to Stewarts pass/block on Reed

James is worried that he will make more mistakes in the remaining races so he was try to push Reed into making a big mistake and finishing further back than 2nd place. Its easier for Reed to finish 2nd than it is for Bubba to win all of the last races and win by 1 point. Reed is in Stewarts...

I just discontinued including the aluminum bracket as 99% used the zip tie mounting method and it does not reduce the air flow threw the radiator or damage the fins. Its been on my bike for 2 years. Made Racer X's Christmas favorites list.

That is my product and invention.......Works great and has for many years. Used by factory Kawasaki SM team and on many GNCC 4 strokes for several years. Modern 4 strokes run HOT - especially if they are ridden Off Road or race in the tight woods where movement is slow.....Or sitting on the line waiting for the gate to drop...

OOPS....the spackle bucket retired......I now use 2 one gallon margarita mix buckets that have a snap on lid. One gets the kerosene the other gets 2 bottles of Belray filter oil and a little gas to thin it out a little. Quick rinse and squeeze excess back in the bucket then wash with Dawn dish soap. When clean and fairly...

Any of you remember when someone (Boyesen or the Brigstone guy?) had a filter exchange program going at the Pro races.......just take the old one out and give it to them and they handed you a clean oiled filter back.
