How do the cyra guards mount in the end of the bars? If they use the crushed rubber hose to expand set up they might already seal the ends for you.

The set up guy at the shop probably has a coffee can full of bolts that will work but........ they will not be the same as the stock bolt.

this has worked for me a few times .......Lay the bike on its side with the handlebar end resting on your bike stand and jump up and down (moving it in the proper direction) at the side panel seat area till it tweaks back.

I owned and operated a professional suspension shop and required the suspension to work the way it was designed to at the proper pressures and this precise setting changes depending on the riders weight, ability, style of riding and type of racing...

just saying its kicking can be from many different things and need different adjustments.....and sometimes there is just so much your suspension can deal with........and it just kicks. What kind of bump and if there are many in a row....which bump does it start kicking.

I have also melted plastic back it using a soldering gun. My gun came with a big flat tip for this type project.

Try having a friend slip 2 large flat screwdrivers under the head on both sides by the threaded part and apply enough pressure by prying to lift it while you spin the drill fast.
