Cool to see these guys near the front at Unadilla. Pretty impressive that McAdoo was 4th second moto fresh off injury. Also Cooper and Shimoda ripping. Gonna be some great racing coming up.

8/10/2022 5:31pm I can’t picture Brian caring about an $8500 profit even if the bike was stock.. I imagine he’d want to keep his kids last AM bike. Also why do people act like factory bikes have these forbidden parts that no one knows about?? I don’t think star has any hidden secrets in their bike compared to PC and Honda.

Listen Deegan is legit and the real deal. Props to the family for raising great kids. If you were in his class this year and had an opportunity and cash to claim this bike I would. Considering what this could do in this sport you could have a piece of history. Then probably sell it back to him after hopefully a hall of fame career in 15-20 years. I wish him and the rest of the field great careers. The hate this family gets is just silly. The amount of eyes they bring to the sport with their family YouTube...

8/6/2022 11:00am I didn’t say equipment support vanishes in pros. I said playing field gets evened out. Instead of 3 or 4 actual factory kids per class there is now 20. Also Star doesn’t pick a 6 year old as their next super star. I actually think stars amateur approach of signing them once they get on big bikes is super smart...

Perhaps I am just old school, but in this case I may be changing my stance. I just hope that he finds peace with himself because it is a difficult journey mentally and he seems to be struggling mightily at the moment. I hope his family supports him and they find a way to move forward

First I heard of this so can’t comment but I was surprised they didn’t red flag Dean Wilson’s crash. He was reportedly bleeding heavily with an unknown severity injury and it was early in the moto. TV schedules cannot overrule safety.

It’d be hard to argue the Kawi doesn’t work better for Jason specifically. When he kicks out the rear on that thing railing around corners the bike still looks so planted and totally comfortable, just like it did with RV. I really just think he’s a good fit with the characteristics of that bike. Those times when he was able to do those pivots and cut down in corners to pass back Eli were amazing too, I don’t see him being able to pull that move off quite as well on the Austrian bike.
