For what it's worth, because I feel we all want to hear some good news about Barcia. I just went on instagram and mxa's update states he "can feel and move all limbs."

Yep. Ex-military police here. If there are multiple casualties on a scene, we were trained to assess each one rapidly, then attend to the most critically injured first, using our best judgment.

Gross negligence is very much an overstatement but I can guarantee you nobody on that medical crew is proud of how quickly they attended to him.

1/10/2026 9:22pm I think this shows that the first medic who came out didn’t even see Barcia. The other riders, bikes and track worker were blocking the view. Like someone said above, the medic doesn’t leave the patient. I saw a friend break their wrist once and nearly bleed out from it.

1/10/2026 8:28pm I quoted your post and was a jerk so I deleted it. Sorry, if you got the notification. I’ve watched every angle I could find of this thing and believe his movements are voluntary. I wouldn’t have believed that without the reports that he has feeling and is conscious and talking. Also praying for him.

1/10/2026 8:03pm Are you watching the reply that shows him on the ground for a minute? I think they are. As the camera pans over to Anderson at one point he lifts his left arm pretty high. I think he’s awake and in A LOT of pain in that video.

MXA just posted that barcia can feel all his limbs according to TLD team source. ' Feel ' seems like an important distinction between ' move ' but I pray I'm over-analyzing that

1/10/2026 7:38pm Seeing the other angle, shared above, it looks like less of a head impact than the view from behind. Tuck and roll is always better. But that is still such a heavy hit to his upper back / base of his neck.

Y'all have some compassion, the hate is unreal. Chase just had a brain injury at his last race. Saw bam in the same position. I'm sure it's really fk'ing hard to see that and then focus and go send it. A tbi survivor myself. Props for chase for still getting top 10 and trying.
