Its honestly sad to watch these 70 year old men destroy something right in front of our eyes because they have no foresight into viewership metrics and organic marketing. When Lorettas was free to watch on youtube, it was probably the MOST accessible mainstream coverage we will get. Its FREE, it would show up on anybody that's adjacently into motorsports feed and potentially pull in new and YOUNG viewers...

Event insurance for racing is going up quite a bit each year unless LL is somehow immune to that. The small club that I'm in is paying close to $1,500/day for events with about 2k people on the property, it was about 1/3 of that just a few years ago. Most event type insurance gets more expensive the more people you have in attendance. Diesel is also another cost that is rising year over year, a quick google shows it's at least $1/more per gallon than it was just last year. How many hours of equipment run time does it...

I don't know what world you live in but in every business I'm involved and around revenues have been declining and cost are increasing....Hey I'm like the majority here I don't like it that they are going to FLO and I won't be buying it....But when people post something as dumb as "they already make enough" or "Revenues have risen more than costs" it tells me how far some people are from reality and just make shit up to fit their agenda...

Yep you can even still see it on google earth theres a gap in the trees where it still exists, just a little overgrown. (I made the blue lines extra wide so the track can be seen vs covering it with the lines).

If you’re there for a local race, you can walk down in the woods and see the frog pond which is still very much there. It’s just covered in new growth pine trees. The fencing is still on the hill. I believe the TV camera stand is gone and I would guess the massive berm is still there it’s just grown over quite a bit, but you can definitely see where the track was if you look at the vegetation.
