Ive got motoseat seat covers on both of mine. They are really good at keeping you planted. I added a bump on my 450 to help even more

Google Skidoo KYB HPG shock rebuild. There are a number of articles on dootalk. I haven’t done a WP shock but I’d assume there is a bleed screw in the center of the IFP so you can cover it with oil once the shocks bled and set it to the proper depth in the res. Shoot me a PM or something if you’re still confused, I can probably walk you through it. I do probably 2 dozen IFP style reservoir shocks every fall for my sleds / friends sleds.

I think DRC make an adapter so you can fill through the bleed bolt on the top of the shock. There is a measurement that you can set the floating piston, but I cant remember lol. It's a pain, but not such a big deal once you've done it a few times apparently

Thanks a ton for the love guys! Really cool to see how many people are following/supporting the journey this season. I've been a LONG time Honda guy (ever since superminis on a crf150r in 2009), so it was definitely tough for me to make this change. I've actually been pretty vocal about my dislike for the Austrian bikes in the past! However, after riding one of my friend's 2019 KTM 450 in stock trim, I couldn't deny it anymore....the Austrian bikes are better in almost every way than all of the 2019 Jap bikes I've ridden. And that's extremely hard...

I think you’re correct OP, my 2015 KTM XC had the small axle. The older one was 26mm and I believe the new one is 20mm but don’t quote me on that

Very tasteful options though - looking forward to seeing everything installed. Also, where did you purchase the Akrapovic exhaust? I've been thinking about that or the FMF, but I think you may have just sold me.

Running the Husky Factory Skidplate. Looks and fits great but question its durability. My guy over at LimeNine put some backgrounds together until I finish my sponsor list for 2019. I've only got one break-in ride done as it's been below freezing, but so far the bike is definitely an improvement over my 16.

As someone who has put 100+ hard hours on KTM/Husky's as well as Japanese bikes of almost every brand, and someone who got paid to maintain bikes of every brand that were ridden extremely hard for many hours on SX/oudoors, I couldn't disagree more.
