Deegan is literally a 20 year old adult. You could say he is virtually a child based on some of his behaviour.

I can only recall one crash that resulted in an injury since going 450, and that was at Hangtown when he made a dumb decision. The two main injuries that have seen him sit out SX seasons have both happened on the bike without crashing. The only other big crash I can think of was in his rookie 250 SX season. The evidence supporting the narrative that Jett is a crasher appears to be very limited.

I don't know if you've watched Jett ride? Smooth it out? He's the smoothest rider out there. As for keeping it off the ground. Since he's been on 450s he's barely crashed. There was the time at Hangtown...and well. His ACL was caused by a leg dab not from being out of control. Likewise, his latest injury - by all accounts - was to do with his foot being slightly out of position landing from a jump. I think you should look at purchasing some kind of device to watch races on. This would greatly aid your knowledge of motocross...

A track marker is considerably different from a split lane marker. You can't just say oh you can skip the first few split markers, but the rest... " Come on, a rule is a rule. And yes, I consider Chad's published statement to be silly as well. Almost like he's trying for Deegan family brownie points.

Yep so called golden boy Jett getting penalized a whole lap for touching the gate at Ironman which gained him the disadvantage of a back of the pack start. Deegan's was fair. If it wasn't a rule ,switching lanes would be a no brainer.
