The 09 KX450F is still one of my all time favorite 450's I would trade my 2021 for a nice 09 I think.... better suspension, better FI engine, I honestly cant think of anything I like better about my 2021 KX450 othyer than E-Start. Every bike I've owned was awesome when I had it. Some were low on suspension travel, and the air cooled ones occasionally overheated, but I had a blast on every single one of them.

Which one of them has as many titles/wins as RV?

The 3 I have the most experience with going back 30+ years are Bel-Ray Gear Saver, Maxima MTL, and the Honda gear oil in the red nipple bottle. I am sure there are others that are also excellent that's just what I have used. I mostly stick to the Bel-Ray and currently use the 80W in my Husky 2-stroke transmissions. I change it every 5 hrs and there is no change in shifting or clutch feel. Could probably easily go longer.

Just got through this. Feel lucky, it wasn't worse. Wear the brace for a couple weeks, walk alot, 5-6 times a day. In 8 weeks start pt and do the exercises lightly. Yoga ect. Sleep and eat.
