I see all the comments about the 24 so I decided to share our review of the 24. My son picked up his 24 YZ 250F about 3 weeks ago. He paid 8999 OTD. He has practiced on the bike a few times and raced the Mini O’s last week. We have a 22 to compare the bikes back to back. Out of the box the 24 has less bottom and more mid and top. Though you can change the mapping to the Responsive Map and regain the low end. My son prefers the Stevie Map or the Keefer free...

100% What would drive a dad to forge a birth certificate just so his 8 yr old could beat up on 4-6 year olds??? Hey guys, Heard on the Kris Keefer podcast that there will be frame updates coming this winter to the new KTMs being unveiled. This would be for the 2024 KTM 250/450 factory editions or 2025 KTMs. Word on the street is KTM will drop this the first week of December. Does anyone have any idea what changes/mods KTM is bringing to the table?

For a few years I've been helping out some local racers with KYB spring fork conversions for 2021 and later WP XACT forks on KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas motocross bikes. The conversions we saw on the market were difficult to install since they all required removal of the axle lugs from the fork and or some metal work (including drilling out the axle lugs). I’m at 50 ish hours on mine. After the radiator debacle, she’s been awesome. I actually raced 3 hare scramble races that were two hours each with no coolant and she still runs great. The loading up issue I think was related to running 40:1. I’ve been at 60:1 and it’s way cleaner. Everything measured ok so I didn’t do anything with the top end. I’m going to ride it until it blows up or until the 2025’s come out. The PC pipe and PC 304 is amazing. Great midrange and more top end which is what this bike seems...

Actually bought it over Memorial Day weekend for a great price. The 22 CRF450 sold 3 days ago. I'm back where I belong. I'm also at the tail end of a lengthy ACL recovery and have about 5-6 more weeks before I'm riding again. In the meantime, I have boxes of parts piling up in the garage ready to be installed.

I have 65hrs on my 23 300sx. Mostly Mx but some GNCC type riding. First 40 were with stock mapping, FmF fatty pipe and 50 tooth rear. Map 1 was dirty/ rich= safe map… map 2 was much better but I felt what I thought was detonation in deep sand under heavy loads. Started mixing c12 with non ethanol pump 50/50. Engine was crisp in map 2, hit pretty hard for a 50 year old, after a few laps it can be tiring. I had John Ross @tpituning.com remap ECU. Now map 1 is my main map, great setting for...
