Holy shit they gave Steve his own race! After practice at Denver SX (on Friday I think) ... all the money raised in the PulpMX raffle gets distributed to the top 10. Last year it was 70K and this year I would imagine it will go over 100k. Its going to be fucking carnage. 22 riders which Steve himself will choose. Life changing money to the winner to say the least.
They never called him fat or out of shape. Jt just said they didn’t think he would make it because of the bike. Steve actually said he thinks he might be able to make a main. Stank, settle down. They had an opinion, you proved them wrong which is awesome. no need to go all “mother fucking” haha For a sport that is so gnarly, most of the riders have really fucking thin skin.
I’m glad he made it in and has put this chip on his shoulder but I can’t recollect any podcast with Steve or JT that called him fat and out of shape. The only comments I heard them say was that they weren’t sure if he could make a main because he was at such a disadvantage on a 125. He’s also the dude that went on record to say that Ken is using PED’s and is dope sick when his results fall off. He’s a bit kooked out but I love that he’s ripping a 125 all the time...
Why would there be. The government just came out and said that there is NOTHING they can do to stop the spread of Covid. Like everybody with above a 10 IQ already knew. It a VIRUS....... it has to run its course. Time to end the SCAMDEMIC and move along
There are probably more than a few members on Vital that pay that much in taxes every year. Steve’s carved himself out a solid living for being a janky ex mechanic. Nothing but respect for his hustle.
Haven’t listen to much pulpmx for a bit but this one was so cool just them going back talking about racing 2 strokes really really cool and well done http://pulpmx.com/podcasts/211006_carmichael.mp3
Went to Moto Mayhem and Chillitown MX this weekend! AP was in town as his dad Scott was inducted into AMA HOF. AP was signing autographs and bring his normal crowd favorite self! Such a great guy! And it should be noted we got Jake Plessingers first autograph!
I just picked up a Husky EE-5 for my son last night...he also has a KTM50sx...I didn't have time to run him to the desert today...but there is a field around the corner from my house...right next to a park and then some houses. He could never REALLY ride the KTM there...its way too loud...but he was riding that e-bike there for about an hour. Nobody cared. And, to my point about growing the sport...his two best friends (who don't ride, and have never ridden) were there with him...they started out on gear (level?) 1...and within the hour of them...
