4/14/2023 5:48pm I stopped changing tires myself when I got my first bike with black rims. The shop doesn't leave a mark. Magic isn't cheap.

4/14/2023 5:30pm Depending on the rider's ability to convey feedback. Some rider's are better than others at this. I have a rider very smooth, and just about every time we get a good setup, it works for others as well. I think it's cool the guy gets paid to test. Trey Canard did as well I believe, and I'm sure the money was well spent.

4/14/2023 5:29pm Didn't he ride at the Honda test track all the time when he was on them? I mean, isn't part of his role a test rider? I don't think seeing him at the test track is anything new.

4/14/2023 11:52am I don’t mind changing tires, but at times I would be willing to pay $40 for someone to put the tube in and get the valve stem to pop through the hole…

4/13/2023 2:54pm Yea same here, using the machine is an easy what to mess it up. Clamp it and use spoons.

4/13/2023 2:53pm Same way I did it. Put dirt bike tires in the machine but use irons, maybe use the machine to take the old one off, but always put the new one on with irons.

4/13/2023 1:45pm We almost quit doing tires on wheels all together if it wasn't in for another service due to customers with your mindset. "Not a fan of the price? No worries we have a sale on spoons in parts, grab 2 tubes while you're at it."

4/13/2023 1:30pm I find it hard to believe someone who worked at a tire shop would have to pay someone to change a dirt bike tire for them.

4/13/2023 1:28pm You already took your business elsewhere to purchase the tire. It boggles my mind when people buy online and expect the tire changing guy to be there like Tiny Tim: "Please Sir, may I have some more." when it comes to putting the tire on. I've been on both ends, I've been the online retailer and the local place and if you brought me tires, I didn't sell you I'm telling you to kick rocks.

4/13/2023 1:25pm Standard, I'm sure their labor rate was at least $100.00 a hour, you got charged less than a half hour. Been working in dealerships for over 30 years. Buy the tire from the dealership and price would have been cheaper. You say you bought the bike there, why not the tire? Oh its cheaper on line. Not really. Next time talk to your dealer, they will work with you on the price of tire and labor. LOTS of dealers will not mount mailer order tires. When an If you have a issue with your mail order tire, guess what, you'll...

4/13/2023 1:25pm Brick and mortar shops are struggling due to online sales. They have to try to make money on the places where they know you can't go online (new bike setup fees, tire changes, etc). They hate when people buy tires online cheap and then expect a hookup putting it on. If you plan to be in moto any length of time, it's best to change your own tires.

4/11/2023 3:17pm I only made the video to explain to everyone why I wasn’t able to race, really not trying to expose this dude or anything like that just sharing my side of the story. Appreciative of everything that went into the trip, bummer to end like that! If you guys find out somehow who it is please keep it private I don’t need any more trouble lol but I never mentioned last name or showed him on camera so would be pretty hard to identify

4/8/2023 1:53pm I've done a set for a friend, I always go soapy water and squeegee but I also use a heat gun to get them to really stick. I've found even on my yz250f with enough heat on edges the side plate graphics stay down well. I'm sure they say that to cover their asses for some reason. wet apply will...
