3/15/2026 5:47pm I rebuilt mine last year and neglected to bench shift. Got it all together only to realize it wouldn’t shift at all. Took it apart and I had misaligned the shift fork in the round thing with grooves. Adjusted it and it fixed it. I would check to make sure forks are aligned in the correct grooves. The below pic shows the fool proof method. Simply mark a square to the desired measurement, slide it up to the rear of the chain slider, lift up on the chain until the bottom of the chain reaches your mark, that simple! This will give you the perfect chain slack every time. In my experience the owners manual has the correct chain slack but I always check it while doing new bike prep. I check it by moving the swing arm through it’s travel with the rear shock removed and seeing if the chain remains with some slack in the...

Power on a 'bored' 125 is just for mid-range. If your just putting around, 150. If you like to scream some guts, 125.

Who cares what AI says. AI doesn’t ride the bike and has been known to be wrong 35+ % of the time. But people, some people take it as 100% true. Think a little on your own.

I hv the same setup now the unit is 10x20+ no room to work on bikes . I hv to work on bikes outside which I like but this summer I got rained out 30 times . 2 days in a row it was 93 with 78% dew point working on blacktop add 60 degrees . Thats not true. We realize there is only some innovation year over year and we were we good with that. The biggest issue was FELD adding SMX, that really killed the momentum of anything outside of the normal sport. On top of that the event really only worked with 250's and 125 ( 300's and 150's ) when it was 4-strokes it wasnt as fun in my eyes. Those bikes are far too powerful and never rewarded precision and hitting your marks run after run plus it just would become extremely dangerous. The last thing we wanted was guys scared...

Rode my 2025 150SX for the first time today. Bike is a rippa! 50/50 C12/93 Motul 800 40:1. FMF Factory Fatty with Pro Circuit Shorty. Adjusted TPS and reset power valve. Just as fast or faster than my 2015 150SX with STIC. Hopefully she stays together. Update: Added TSP ERM and TSP head. Noticeable power gains!
