I would practice a certain jump, turn, section or whatever over and over and over again until I felt like I had made progress. Try that instead of just riding laps on a practice day. It also helps to try and keep up with someone who is a little faster than you to see what they are doing.

I would describe my reaction to his results as 'pleasantly surprised'.

Any chance Stewart is just going to hang up his boots? This is very odd for him to have been cleared by the doctor to race RD2 and not do it, then also not race RD3.

I wonder if they originally wanted him to just fill in for 5-6 weeks until Broc returned and he negotiated to stay on for the rest of the season. This seems like a unique fill-in rider situation with those conditions. I hope he does well. Great opportunity to ride for RCH.
