Hopefully one, he needs a lot of evil whoops. I honestly think the places he is getting now is his limit which is still great and worthy of a factory ride and good salary.

I'll go with Indy or Atlanta. The guy likes the east coast dirt better.

Most likely an East coast round with big nasty whoops.

Let me start off by saying this is not me hating at all. I love what Reed is doing this year and he looks great on his blue steed but I believe his best chance was at A1 or A2 with all the hype about a 9th win there. Anderson, Roczen and Tomac get there starts figured out and its only going to get harder for him.

Hope im wrong though, did I hear correctly that if he wins a race this year it will be 12 years in a row with atleast one win? Amazing stats right there

A VERY Challenging & long section of Whoops, fast flowing combos & not too many slow 180 turns...

That might even be this week

because i think there are 4 riders that are faster than him, especially in the last 5 laps. unless they all start way behind him, which is unlikely, he will not win. the odds are against him in my books but again, that's why they line up to race. everything can happen. (and no, I don't mind be proofen wrong.)

Reed came in strong like the true veteran he is....With Stew and Canard out from week to week, his chances are better but as we saw in Oakland, Roczen and Tomac are starting to get their game face on and then you have Anderson as well as Seely ...at SD and A2, Reed looked great, but I dont think he would have stayed in 2nd if Eli, Kenny or Anderson were up front with he and Dungey and not in 10th or worse the opening laps. those races were over by the 4th lap as far as Reed and Dungey go...Dungey was gone and Reed was all alone.....Like last year in Atlanta....a holeshot and some bad luck for the other top dogs allowing Reed to get a cushion is what he needs most in my opinion.......

To start the year everyone was writing him off and saying he would be lucky to be top 10. Now he's equal second in points and people are still saying he'll be lucky to get a win. He'll get a win and people will still make an excuse about the circumstances in which he got it.

When will people learn to stop trying to predict how he will go? This is the only guy who has spanned the RC, Bubba, RV and now Eli/Roczen/Dungey generation and has beaten them all. He keeps improving himself and if he needs to learn to go faster to get a win then history shows he will do just that.

But for arguments sake I think he wins San Diego, maybe Atlanta and goes pretty close in Daytona aswell.

I hope your right but I'm just guessing based on age and history. 16 races can wear on a guy.

I didn't say he wouldn't win I just think he will slow down from the grind. That means to me other people will have to have a really bad night for him to win.

Chad is already winning in my eyes. From the doubt of his career moving forward after disbanding his team to being where he is now, on a new bike. What worries me is that he will get ahead of himself like he has before chasing a win. But it seems like with age and experience, comes maturity. He's not pushing when it's not there, which hurt him a few times in the past 5 years.

Win?

Any night he's feeling it. You will see him start top 3/5 and pull from there. Guys unreal.

Well I didnt say that now did I. What I said was IF JA21, KR94, or ET3 begin to get their starts down Reed may start dropping off that podium. I dont see Reed being faster than those 3 mentioned earlier in my post if they all come out of turn 1 running side by side. Reed has had starts on his side which drastically help his odds, not something you can say for the other 3. Thats all I meant

id like to think he finds the spark in san diego Smile he hasnt been far off laptime wise in any of the races so far so i dont expect him to fall off the pace.. iam impressed by the fact he looks very reserved and in control in his riding.. only him and dungey look like this atm imo Wink

Laughing Laughing Laughing

You think people need to learn to quit predicting how he will go and then you predict how he will go yourself!
