There's one floating around here. It's a 2010ish Honda 250F frame with an 84 CR500 motor. I thought it was pretty cool too. Not something i'd build myself but really neat to look at. Guy did a good job on it too, you can tell he wasn't a ham & egger.

Don't think of the added rotational mass strictly in terms of increased traction. The flywheel weight can and does help carry the power further into the rev range, which, with a 3-speed, you're going to need as many revs as you can get.
