Dungy's confidence rose exponentially after RV2, left the scene. That "Guy" is not in his head anymore.

Seely has showed some speed but I'm afraid he'll fade like neon gear. Hallzilla makes a great point, Without the lil redheaded leprechaun in the Picture Dungey probably feels like superman.

I fully expect JS7 and CR22 to be in the top 5 tomorrow.
I fully expect you're half right.

im not gonna stand on my soap box and say oh dunge wont win at all he stands a good chance, but you have anderson who has confidence going in because he won there last time, you have Tomac who is getting better everyweek. As sad as i am to say it maybe Reed, and if Canard can stay off the ground he has been really fast.
A few posts up from your above post, you said, "he doesnt win tomorrow"

When you have a champion like Dungey, they have a larger picture in there head. Anderson sees checkered flags. Reedy sees opportunity. Tomac sees hope and time. Canard sees hurry up before it's too late. Roczen sees patients is his ally this year.

Starts, speed, and consistency is the name of the game. If chad has another good weekend with good starts and another good finish, we will really have a great season. Dungey is built from the same mold as CR22.

Reeds faster, he's just fucking with him before he rips off a win streak in the last half dozen races, and ktm/Dunge don't have time to respond.

How long will it take for the snifflers to start singing the blues about a boring series?
How long before they start telling us that something has got to be changed, so that it can appear to be a close title chase?
I would probably be safe holding my breath while I wait.
No matter how hard you try, you can't make RD RV1!

You may be right, but if Dungey decides to compete a few more seasons, he may end up with more wins and titles.

Smile Surprised it took a whole 2 hours before RV2 got mentioned in a Dungey thread. Sounds like his retirement is finally sinking in with the fans.

At least he looks like he is enjoying doing it.

From what we have seen so far, anyone can win, or podium, but i wouldnt bet against RD never being off the box.

Riders might also have a bit more space too, with Baggett , Tickle, Stewart, Short and Barcia all out thats 5 guys who would be in the half second ,gone for a while. Those things help on your bad days.

That would just ruin RV2 fans for the rest of their lives.

I think Reed, Tomac, Anderson and Seeley have some wins in them. I would love to see Stewart get a win or 2, that would be killer!!! Canard might have a win in him, he has the speed but every time the gate drops he yard sales at some point.

The title will come down who will be the most consistent and we all know who that is. I would love to see it come down to Vegas and have 3 guys with a shot at the title.

Dang, I knew all of those guys were out, but when you list them in one sentence, it hits home.

Doesn't Dungey seem a bit faster these days? The bad news for the competition is if he is in fact faster he is comfortably faster. Dangerous combination for the competition.

Can't blame Dungey for winning tomorrow night and ultimately the series, but if it is the same old story with little fight from others, then you can have my seat for the last quarter to third of the season.

Dungey could win yes, so could Tomac, Seely, Anderson, Canard, Roczen, Peick, so I guess he has a 14% chance of winning...just like everyone else.

He has a much greater chance than 14% of winning given past results.

not sure if you are referring to previous years or this year......but personally I dont think previous years results automatically mean a win 2 races in a row in such a stacked field...no matter who it is

You lost me when you said dunge had as much chance to win as WP. That's just silly.

yeah I saw that earlier today. That's definitely not a Diesel...
That turn at 1:27, does he even brake?
Anderson rides great and fast as well but Dungey just doesn't make a single mistake. You can tell that Anderson does those few little mistakes like braking a bit too early, lose the weight balance a bit in the turns etc. Dungey: perfect.
Marvin has to catch up a bit.

Not sure what the hell youre referring to thinking he only has a 14% chance at winning.
