So a quick update for you all and a thanks to everyone who hoped the best for me in this situation. 👍 Shawn finally responded claiming to not know it was stolen. I’ll take that for what it’s worth knowing how many lies have already been spun so far by that guy. Apparently the money has already been spent. Go figure! The bike was definitely reported stolen by Coyne motorsports back when the fraudulent activity occurred back in August. They are not the bad guys in any of this. I'm still at a loss for how he had a title in the first place. CA dealerships file a report of sale with the DMV when they process paperwork, but they wouldn't let that bike roll without payment. He must have paid them fraudulently, then by the time the check bounced or the credit card got rescinded, the title paperwork was already at the DMV. I'm just surprised nobody at the dealership went looking for the bike before he had time to get the title and sell the thing. Thieves suck. I'd light that dude's business up with the BBB...

Yes, so the dealership actually gave the dude a clear title and sales receipt? Did he then like dispute the charge to his credit card or something? Or did the dealer actually give him all this WITHOUT actually having the cash in hand and then he refused on his payment? They took a personal check and it was no good or he block payment with his bank? Just not seeing how the dealership gave out a title and a receipt for the sales and not have their money in hand? Otherwise, none of this makes since? Either way, you farther...

Yep, as the title states, I am unfortunately out $9500 so far! Responding to an ad on Facebook marketplace this Monday posted by a Curtis Crawford of Garden Grove, California, I arranged to pay $9500 (cash only) on Tuesday to Shawn Guerette, who was the “owner”of the Stark and owns an independent motocross service shop, Top Notch Performance in Stanton California. Having been in business for 21 years and in possession of a California title for the bike, I felt safe to purchase from him. So I handed over the money, loaded up the Stark and headed home. Just east of Indy on i70 there’s a high level track. The kids r flying they Really push it smoke coming off the brakes diving into corners. . That’s where our top car racers come from.

GO KARTS. People have no ideal what top go karting is like. Cash is king and politics run ramped. Brother in law had a small kart shop and had our kids race for about 5 or 6 years. Raced 4-strokes and 2-strokes, non shifting stuff. At one point, with three kids, we had 10 karts and around 65 motors. From karting tried to go dirt racing and then started to build asphalt oval car, which ended with the 2009 crash. Karting is fun, but you must have the right people to make it work. If your into karting, your motoguy...

Moto is awesome but karting is also a really cool sport. I dont think there's the need to feel glad your kid isn't karting. I would encourage people to take their kids karting and even drive karts yourself. It's really fun.

JT’s Industry Seating takes on Jett where pretty interesting and kinda made me feel for the kid. I don’t hate on any level on any rider… kinda miss the pre SM days… doubt we’ll ever see another MC level of fan admiration going forward- simply too much hate involved in anonymity 😞

I hope the heat dies down. Thankfully, I dont see too much of it here, but social media is a different story. Jett is (in my opinion) the best we've seen and It would be extremely unfortunate if the negativity gets to his head and holds him back from his full potential... Js7 was probably right there with him talent...
