450's ridden at the level of the pros blow up too, and need to be rebuilt quite often, just not as much as 250F's.

Chromoly frame is one of the features that makes the RM250 so great. Bike just needs a few engine, cosmetics, swingarm and suspension upgrades and it will sell.

He also didn't go "just for the money", he made it very clear that Kawasaki didn't even give him an offer for 2002 and Kawasaki admitted it.

Is Stewart the right guy? Even though he can win races, sponsors want to represent someone that is likable. There are a lot of people that hate Stewart at the moment. But I suppose it won't take long for them to jump back on the bandwagon if he ends up committing to the outdoors for 12'.

Looks awesome, but I remember reading an article where Stewart said that if he had to ride the KX250 for one more year (after 2005) he was going to quit. Apparently he doesn't think it's so great.

Look at the 'Sign of the lap times' articles posted after each SX event. James was not the fastest at all of the events. In fact, he was only fastest at about half of them. Not sure why people still think he was killing everyone when it came to lap times last year, because he didn't. He wasn't the fastest...
