I have a 2022 CRF250R and was thinking about drilling some holes in the airbox side plate similar to how the HRC boys do it. Who has done it? Is it worth it? How much dirtier does the airbox get? Any helpful tips, horror stories, or any more info are much appreciated. Thanks!

Why don't you just cut out some small circles out of black back ground material and then you can stick them on to look cool but not get any more dirt into the airbox.

I wore 6 shoei and loved them and had Fox and Thor carbon and tested them on head to ground impacts plenty. I got a 6d and it was a totally different sensation and fealt a bit nicer for impact cushioning. I think the foam in traditional helmets is a bit dense and the 6d design is more cushy in a crash.

I’m loving my Alpinestars SM10. The most comfortable helmet I’ve ever owned. I’m having my name painted on the back, but that’s it. I love it just the way it is.
