I’m loving my Alpinestars SM10. The most comfortable helmet I’ve ever owned. I’m having my name painted on the back, but that’s it. I love it just the way it is.

I wore 6 shoei and loved them and had Fox and Thor carbon and tested them on head to ground impacts plenty. I got a 6d and it was a totally different sensation and fealt a bit nicer for impact cushioning. I think the foam in traditional helmets is a bit dense and the 6d design is more cushy in a crash.

Only wear Shoei. Fit the best and look the best imo

The green and white Shoei, was originally Will Hahn's from the Geico Days, and the other Shoei (below the helmet mentioned Orange and Blue with Checkered flag) is a Troy Lee original, signed by Troy... My wife thinks i have a problem? Also there is a Valentino Rossi replica in there signed by Rossi.

My favorite was the bell tagger. Would really like to find one to put on the shelf.

Maybe not the coolest paintjob, but certainly the coolest helmet of the early/mid 80's. I found this one new in the box at a parts store in the "motorcycle district" outside of Tokyo in the early 2k's...
