Never once did I mention the racing being CRAP because of 450’s. I mention get rid of 450’s b/c it’s too much motorcycle that creates a systemic issue. It trickles down to the local scene and you end up with 115 lb kids on 450’s whiskey throttling their way around the track endangering themselves and everyone else around, but hey, they can do all the jumps. Spend a couple weeks out here in SoCal and you’ll see what I mean

Got to do a few pro races in Europe that included FIM World Champs Heinz Kinigadner and John Van den Berk, plus Kees Van der Ven, several 125 SX races that meant lining up with Bob Moore, Trampas Parker, Mike Healey, Larry Brooks, Eddie Warren, Rodney Barr and more... And a single 125 National ('85 High Point) that included Erik Kehoe, Ron Lechien, Guy Cooper, George Holland, Ricky Ryan and more. Didn't score a point but I qualified and lined up for the motos! This is simple. If you like corporate backed fascism, watch Fox. If you like corporate backed fascism with a pinch of socialism for the common man, watch CNN. Or better yet, go ride your dirt bike and turn off "the news". You'll be happier, trust me.
