Israel was been saying Iran is weeks away from have a nuclear bomb since the 1990’s. Bibi has been trying to get the USA to help militarily, but he couldn’t get any US president to do it till Trump. Every US president has know that Iran would use the strait as a tactic. But Trump though they would just capitulate.

Obama’s Iran nuclear deal was limiting Iran’s enrichment and keeping it under international monitoring. Iran was enriching at low levels with older centrifuges, and the agreement was working to slow their nuclear progress. Trump pulled out of the deal, sanctions escalated, and afterward Iran ramped enrichment far beyond previous levels using more advanced centrifuges, eventually reaching near weapons-grade levels. That’s the pattern people criticize with Trump: attack a functioning policy because a Democrat implemented it, dismantle it, promise something better, then either fail to replace it or leave the situation worse than before.

I think you’re mixing up ‘became wealthy’ with ‘therefore corruption must exist’. Obama didn’t leave office with mysterious Cayman accounts and an unexplained fortune. The guy wrote bestselling books for nearly 20 years, made presidential salary, then cashed in on massive public book/media deals after office. You can literally follow most of it on tax returns and public contracts. Same with Biden. His post-VP income spike was largely speeches and books. Not exactly hidden in a duffel bag somewhere. Meanwhile, Trump isn’t scrutinized because he’s rich. He’s scrutinized because he spent decades surrounded by lawsuits, contractors claiming they got stiffed...

When people shorthand it as 'Israel money', they’re referring to AIPAC and other pro-Israel PACs spending enormous amounts to influence US elections around Israeli policy.
