They did have some variation but they got as high as 42-43 on the dyno, but what made it good was the powerband had some pretty good low to mid range for a 125. There Is a real good article in MXA on the Factory Connection bikes which ran the same engine. ... more »

If you guys look closely at the 2003-2004 works HRC parts, look at the Hinson pressure plate, it’s says Works on it. Just some of the little thing I noticed !

Well since it’s a long rod and a spacer plate goes under neith the cylinder, I could not really tell you, But I can’t give you too much!

Looking at the sprocket you got, the factory one looks Like they used a tumbler on it to maybe debut it or smooth it out before anodizing

Well on the case there is a ton of epoxy work done to them, they actually made molds so they could replicate the shape in the reef valve area! The cylinder has made to use orings on the head, also ported and added epoxy at the bottom of the ports to ... more »

The cases have some differences nothing really really major, the cylinder has some differences also but more major.
