He indicated in an interview that his contract ended on September 1st....they asked again thinking that he meant October 1st, and he just shrugged and said nope September.

Slumpstone would know since his son trains at the farm regularly. I wouldn't question his insight, Ricky doesn't ride that often and when he does it is not many laps. His ride this weekend was all natural talent.

x2 with using Rotella T. Provides all the necessary protection needed and is better than some more expensive oils, especially if you are doing frequent oil changes.

If you were worried about racing the "A" class, why did you run him in any "B" events to begin with? He should have been running in Schoolboy if your plans were to run the nationals in "B" for 2013. Unfortunately a protest would most likely be denied in this situation, since he meets both the points and age criteria...
