1/8/2025 9:56am Is it me or did Prado race 1 SX round in the US last year then fly back to Spain??? I think it was Anaheim 1. I remember him saying that he had to decide what he wanted to do but i think he got 2nd or 3rd in one of the heats, 13th in the main event.

12/16/2024 2:39pm My 93 CR125 gearbox was bone-dry. Coincidentally, the only bike I’ve ever taken straight from the dealer to the track. Fortunately, I gave the bike a once-over. One more reason every bike I buy gets torn down when I get home, greased, torqued, etc. over the years I’ve found loose bars, a loose front axle, underfilled fluid(s), etc. My favorite of all-time, however, were my dad and my 07 CRF450s. Walked in, paid, signed paperwork, and went to load them only to see the rear tires were smoked. Not worn a little, not slightly scuffed-at least 1/4” rounded off every...

12/16/2024 10:44am Some thoughts: Lithium-Ion battery chemical reaction is slower in cold ambient temperatures. Hold starter button and crank for a few revolutions and then let it sit for a little bit and try again. It should crank faster. Also, I would want to compare cold starts with normal unleaded unoxygenated fuel. The RVP numbers will be higher on 93 pump-based fuel than T4.The higher RVP will help start the bike quicker in colder weather.

12/16/2024 10:38am Looking to get a 5 gallon can of T4 this weekend to put into my 2024 CRF250R. I bought the bike brand new from a dealership last year and it's been sitting at my mom's house due to not being in good physical shape to ride(gained a lot of weight from drinking....). It only has 20min on it and is...

12/12/2024 5:10pm I run T4 in my MX bikes and roadrace. Run it and don't over think it. Also, congrats on finding something in addition to booze. MX is better.

1/8/2025 10:58am Finally had the the time grab a can. It smells like..... my moms hairspray lol The temp is 32F. I reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery and it the starting pattern hasn't changed. I thought, it probably still has the old dealership gas in the fuel pump/ fuel line so I took it for a quick 2min ride after...

11/28/2024 5:50am T4 in a 17 FC450 with a pipe and stock ECU reflash. Runs great. I ran some 91 pump gas and it actually stalled once on me at low speed. I have a Rekluse and can't remember the last time it stalled in chop and on the brakes.

11/27/2024 6:47am 91 E-free is plenty. T4 will not require remapping. As long as your bike starts and runs fine it does not matter if you need the plunger or not. My ‘21 KX 250 always started without it and one day decided it wouldn’t. No notable change in performance that I can detect.

11/25/2024 11:27am T4 here in my (other than pipe) stock 450 SXF. No issues, burns cleaner than pump gas and more stable/no ethanol. I have also used it as a winter storage fuel for my weed eater, pressure washer, etc. congrats on your life change. Not easy for sure, great that you recognized the issues and sought to fix them.

11/20/2024 3:56am You could also tighten down the stem like what Jett does on his bike. But the bearing life will be significantly reduced.

11/20/2024 2:06am There's none around me besides shell that sells there V-Power nitro+ but at 91 octane. Apparently it's rated at 93 RON but doesn't make sense to me. And the possibility of unintentionally mixing with lower octane that does contain ethanol and possibly water from moisture inside the in-ground tanks.

11/19/2024 4:40pm Ive seen many videos of guys starting their 22-24 250R's without the knob and it starts right up after 2 seconds and holds a steady idle. I asked a guy about his and he's like, oh yea it starts right up without having to use the knob. I even saw a video of a guy start his stating "cold start"...

11/19/2024 10:54am Couple months back he posted a video to his IG story of him hitting an electric start button on a RMZ with a sentence saying "don't tell anyone". No view of the engine to see if it was entirely integrated to the case or just an add on. He posted that video during the outdoor series. The bikes that he raced after, throughout the rest of the season, through SMX, and WSX were not equipped with an electric starter. He would post pics of some his bikes during race day or day before and you can clearly see the bikes...
