10/30/2024 4:47am I’m sure it’s been said but I can’t stress enough how important it is to try diffrent grips. If I run renthal softs, my hands are toast in 3 laps, mediums and I can suddenly do a 20min moto. It’s really worth while to experiment and see what actually works for you.

Hottest winter in the northeast on record. It was 70 today in Philadelphia. Crazy that Glen Helen will get more snow than my local tracks, we’ve had zero snow this year. I remember it being freezing at Cahuilla in the winter, but never snow!

imo the local racing has been screwed by Lorretta's and the national amateur motocross scene in general. Everyone wants to go to Loretta's in C class, but not everyone makes it so you end up with these stupid fast kids staying in C for years on end in hopes of making it to Loretta's. Honestly beginner class isn't that big of a hurdle compared to C if you are competing with national caliber type C kids. Because typically sandbaggers aren't that prevalent in D class compared to C.
