I buy Geico insurance products for my business, 8 commercial vehicles, 4 personal autos, 6 dirt bikes, and my home. I also use their sister company Guard for workman’s comp insurance. If they really are leaving this sport, then it’s time for me to leave Geico. They have never been the most cost effective insurer, but I use them primarily because they are involved in motocross and Suoercross. Hopefully Mr. Buffet hears his biggest cash cow is planning this, and tells Geico to reconsider losing a lot of off road enthusiasts ...

I like the 400. Everyone always shits on the 400 thinking it’s evil because of the 71 or 72 model before it. Back around 1995(?) Dirt Bike did a shootout with 4 or five vintage open class bikes and compared them to a current year KTM. The mint 75 TM400 they had dynod at 33hp and they said it had a fairly mellow power delivery. Total opposite from the earlier models. Their biggest disappointment was the mighty Maico 501 that only dynod at 31.

I worked on every brand bike and owned plenty from the 80's until now and without a doubt Honda has always had the best quality and attention to detail. Metallurgy, fastener quality, plastic quality, fit and finish and engineering were always second to none. I'm not saying they always had the best performing bikes and they had flaws with certain models at times but as a whole Honda was always at the top game as the most reliable well built MX brand over the last 30 years. I can tell you for a fact that they have lost a lot of great people and brands over the last 3 to 4 years. Good luck because I am truly hoping you guys do well. This whole situation spiraled out of control in the last 24 hours to the point where 15 FBI agents investigated it - that's how it looks like the Smollett deal. You're telling me the race team didn't know the difference between a rope that was used to open a garage door and an actual noose? This situation got spun up in the media, and a fair amount by Bubba. Ya, the more info that comes out, the more suspicious it looks. Point being, situations like this take away from legitimate issues to resolve.
