Who can blame him? It's easy to piss and moan about riders sandbagging, but can anyone here honestly say that they wouldn't d the exact same thing? You get 3x the pay for less work. It's a no brainer.

"I went 5-5 last year at southwick and got 1500 bucks, I'm much better off racing supercross only. I'm milking the 250 class as long as I can". I honestly love that. Can't even hate on that because he is doing the best he can to get as much money as possible out of his last years, I still had to good laugh tho.

Watching the 250 post race presser and Max with all the charm and likability in the world, basically calls out the money made racing outdoors isn't worth it for him and to get paid a decent amount of money he is sticking with 250 SX until he is booted out. While his answer was typically delivered in a way by him that makes the room smile...if this is the case he kindof has a point and TBH I was kindof shocked (but not surprised either), that the core form of the sport seems to being almost kept alive/carried by SX...

What's, ifs, buts,. He crashed. He would have came 2nd but he crashed. Vialle could have got the podium but he crashed. Forkner could be a 3 time champion. But....

DB, RC and Bubba is the dream team in the booth. Add in JT down on the track and, yeah, that’s what the broadcast SHOULD be. I love Weege too so maybe half Weege and half DB.

Man he is a friggin natural at it. I think he raised the quality of the whole broadcast a few notches. He even made RC seem calmer and better at it.

RJ comes and does one race and shows way more speed and promise than CC has all year. I dont get it, last year he was head and shoulders above RJ Justin Cooper jumps up and is faster than him too. Savatgy said he just couldnt get used to the steel frame on the KTM so maybe thats it, but its strange to me how average he is right now considering his last years supercross season and outdoors on the 450. Would he be beating himself on his STAR Racing 250? I think he would have been

People will bitch about anything. I remember having to watch it on ESPN a week later or setting the DVR to pick it up at 3 in the morning. Im just glad we get to watch it live and have race day live. I mean is it perfect... No. But its a lot better than ever before.

I understand. But your original post implied that with the same layout, the results will be the same. But the results AREN'T the same from year-to-year in motocross. So why would they be the same at a SX event that has the same layout?
