It's time, here in CA we're an order of magnitude under what they expected case wise and hospitals are absolute ghost towns. How about in CA where we just willfully reinstated a regressive tax, and at the same time gave the legislature free reign to impose more regressive taxes just like it whenever they choose without our consent.
