The bigger question is why did Luce offer up motors and a ride at the GoatFarm in the first place? It was payoff to squash the claim, you can't paint that any differently. Does Yamaha (Luce) walk the pits giving motors away to just anybody? The kid isn't damaging Yamaha, Luce is, and corporate Yamaha should look into his actions.
