If it's anything like herding cats, it probably isn't much fun I reckon. I have to herd cats for work pretty regularly and I never had interest in it to begin with, it is a necessary evil though.
I've learned you can lead a horse to water, but you need to let the horse think it found the water itself. Otherwise no one will drink.
How can we judge you on your ability to juggle cats without any footage of said act?

I would incriminate myself if I posted the video. It’s nearly identical to the GIF posted above. I’m a different person now.👍
I used to be into gaming, PC mostly but would play with buddies on their PS's and Xboxes. I also was a rock climber and backpacker. Kids come along and you gotta pick which hobbies to keep and which to let go. I kept MTB and hare scrambles.

I feel the exact same way about midget tossing.
I actually voted for this, but was shot down. I don't have the 100% end-all, be-all power over everything.
I only heard of midget bowling, not tossing. Must be a different take on it.
Lostboy takes this stuff seriously. No chance he isn't a boomer.
what about switching to "likes" for members to indicate if they like/agree with a posting. People that don't agree can simply move along with no ability to downvote stuff or people repeatedly for no real reason- just spite as it seems right now. Only logged in members can use the existing feature so not a big stretch to regulate a little for habitual negative posters.
Wait a minute, midget tossing is frowned upon???
Weight lifting.
Did it for 8 years, between that, labor jobs, sports, dirtbikes and general tom foolery my body just hurts already at 36. Broken bones and surgeries all over.
I still work out but its resistance bands and body weight.
Hunting, shooting, gun tinkering. I have a room for reloading and loaded 10 or 12 rifle calibers. I built a couple ARs, mounted my own scopes, bedded a few rifles and adjusted my own triggers and installed Timneys and Geisseles. I used to shoot about once a week, weather permitting. I hunted deer when I could draw a California tags but not hard core travelling out of state. I shoot Milsurps to ARs to hunting bolts. Covid, steep loading component increases and availability and fucked up California laws have backed me way off.
ATV Racing. The series here died, cost too much, and when I finally got another one built, it beat me up so bad it took 4 days until I felt right again.
Still miss it. Even got to run Unadilla a couple times.
I haven't sat down and played guitar for fun in over a year. I've played shows, and practiced for them here and there, but I've got close to $20k in gear that just sits. Used to restring every one of my guitars once a month, now some go well over a year, or more. Sad, but work has been crazy and I've been loving moto more than ever in my spare time.
Hurts extra that I finally bought a core American PRS just before I got burnt out 😅
I used to be really into RC car racing for quite a few years and actually took a break from MX because I enjoyed it more. More specifically 1/8th scale nitro offroad racing. Two main things contributed to me leaving: the people and the tracks business practices. Not saying this is everyone, but a majority of the people racing RC cars will complain about everything and anything, but not lift a finger to help. They fight over club races and make race reports like they just won the Indy 500. I've seen grown men fight over toy car races. A lot of this can be attributed to manufacturers handing out product discounts to your average club racer and them treating it as a sponsorship when in reality they are just guaranteeing a customer. A big reason was tracks would pop up and hold races then disappear just as fast as they were created. People not getting the proper city permits, noise complaints, angry neighbors, etc. A lot of the tracks were run and depended on volunteer help which isn't a good business practice. Lots of fighting on how things should be run, track changes, classes, etc. I helped out at my local track and it came to a point that I was working at the track more than I was racing. We would bust our butts changing over the track during the week for a big trophy race and then hear from people how much the track sucked. I just got burned out. Most of the tracks in Michigan went under in the last few years and it just wasn't worth it to drive 2.5hrs plus to some random place to run laps or race. I have 7 MX tracks within a 1hr to 1.5hr drive from me and one of those being a national track, as well as, 4 MTB trails within 30 minutes. The closest RC track to me now is 3hrs.

Wait ML512 knows who does downvotes? I wish it was more regulated because it's so prevalent it's practically trolling.
Welcome to the Resistance bands and 10 lbs dumbell shoulder shrugs club ! After open Heart my 200 push up regime ( in sets ) left the building. I started up again but wasnt seeing anything for my effort ( which I was warned about lol
There's a way I can check but it's honestly a nightmare to do. It's not built in a way that makes it easy to check, so it's a very rare, once-in-a-blue-moon thing.
Shooting, as my username would indicate. I used to love long range target shooting, up to 1,000 yards. I also competed in USMC shooting matches as well as local gun club matches here and there.
Around 2018 or so moto and racing pretty much took over my focus and passion and I all but stopped shooting altogether. Ive been getting the itch to get back out to the range recently though so who knows, maybe I'll start back up again.
Its just so hard to choose doing anything over going to the track on a nice weekend...
Man, this is something I've been thinking about for awhile, my whole life dirtbikes have pretty much been my only hobby, riding racing and watching sx/mx, never really did much else other than doing random things with my friends but now at 36 all my friends are married with kids and dont have much time for anything else anymore and im starting to lose interest in riding and even watching sx/mx so I been kinda lost on what to do, and to top things off on of my best friends past away Saturday so that has really just questioning everything, he did pass doing what he loved, whitetail deer hunting is huge where I live and a lot of my friends do that so I kinda thought about maybe getting into that but its not something I really thought about in the past and property I could hunt on would be limiting so idk
Destination bicycling. Back when I had little money and less sense my buddy and I got into cycling. It started off with little jaunts to bars, or maybe an event that was going on, anywhere a paved road lead. As time went on they got longer and longer. At one point we hung a map of Az on the wall and tossed a dart. Wherever it landed that's where we were going. Along with the longer trips came the cycling gadgets, gear, panniers everything you needed, or thought you did.
Can't remember how exactly but we came across the American Youth Hostile Association, instead of flea bag motels we were staying in we could stay at a hostile for a fraction of the cost. But what we kept hearing was how much better the Hostile experience was in Europe. Next thing you know we're signed up with 10 other people from around the country and on our way. Six weeks, six countries averaging 40-80 miles a day. Occasionally, we'd train somewhere, took a ferry from London to France, and of course all the tourist hots spots.
For a public school educated American kid seeing shit you only read about was really eye opening. And they were right; the hostiles were much better in Europe.
👎👎👎👎👎👎
Here let me save you some trouble. 🤣
I was never hardcore about the NFL, but I was a decent fan when the Chargers were in San Diego. When they left for LA, so did a lot of my fandom. Now, it's almost unwatchable in a sitting with all the penalties and commercial breaks.
