No mention of Triple Crown Races.
I’m shocked but delighted Foxborough is back. Hopefully it’s not cold as fuck this year.
11 weeks straight before an off weekend.
Brutal schedule

Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Triple Crowns I have are A2, Arlington and Foxborough
SMX next at A2, Tampa, Detroit, Daytona, Foxborough, Salt Lake.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
** Baltimore is a day race starting at 3pm
Man I feel sorry for the drivers.. San Antonio to Tampa to Glendale and then later Indy to Seattle back to Foxborough.. I know this is a normal yearly thing but dang that has to be brutal.
Wmx at Daytona possibly, I think ml512 hinted at that at one point.
14 football stadiums, 1 baseball stadium twice, and Daytona, a hybrid track that is more SMX than any SMX round but Feld owns it.
This is looking more and more like Feld's other shows: Monster Jam, Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey circus, and Disney On Ice.
Yeah February is nuts.
This total route is about 18,500 miles. If the schedule could go in any order, it could be about 5,000 miles!
Its a bummer we cant get more variety in the schedule both outdoors and SX.
Seems like stadiums are getting harder and harder to find/use and outdoor tracks are just locked in with MX Sports.
its funny after they took ATL off the schedule I was wanting a SX to come to Maryland, now bmore got it & I have no desire to go 😂😂 would rather save & wait for high point & budds creek
Only 5 roofs in 17 rounds.
Minnesota and Atlanta would have been nice, indoors.
Interesting schedule, they hit 4 out of the 5 top media markets (NY, LA, Chicago, DFW), Philly is the 5th biggest market (very close to NJ and Baltimore where there are races), no Houston, Atlanta, or SF which are also top 10 media markets. San Antonio is interesting, its not even in the top 25 media markets.
The amount of distance that the teams will cover on this schedule seems brutal, this might be the most mileage I have ever seen on a SX schedule.
It pretty much is a traveling circus especially with Feld and AMA involved..
I guess it's too hot at night in the Southeast🤣. And, no, Tampa doesn't count. That's just the Northeast moved South.😎
I miss when Pace ran the show and we had Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston, Daytona EVERY year. And Gatorback.
San Antonio has a LOT of uncounted population.😎 It's media market size is always underestimated. Plus it will draw from across the border and Austin. Time for Pedro Gonzales to break out the big sombrero again. It was a huge hit the last time they had a race in the Alamo Dome.
Don't know how many Houstonites will lower themselves to come to SA though.
What does the Carolina area have to do to get a race? Atlanta? Charlotte? Etc. moto hotbed here
Pit Row
One thing I will say about Houston SX, I have been to several and it never seems to be as big a draw as Arlington or the west coast races, but it was a lot cheaper (parking was $20 and food and drinks were cheap inside, even the hotel was like $60). I am planning to go to San Antonio, and I am hoping its even cheaper then Houston, and hopefully there are a lot of tailgaters like we get in Arlington.
High five to whomever used the term Shootout
Not that the schedule was as fair to fans, but it certainly was easier on the teams when the 1st 6 rounds were in CA/AZ.
I do know they run into issues where theyre trying to book certain stadiums and have to take backseats to Football
Another issue i think they run into, is trying to intermix the East west rds to have some kind of overlap to then also run East west shoot outs. Which changing the Texas rounds to E/W makes sense more on paper
Lewis hinted at Pastrana being the one who designed the Baltimore SX round and if so... What the fuck? That's one of the worst "SX" tracks I've ever seen.
That's hard to believe. The Baltimore track looks absolutely terrible.
Media market is more then about population, its more about participation, engagement, and do the advertisers get their money's worth.
Feld is not stupid, they know its costs a family of 4 the better part of $1000 to attend and event, so they are looking at cities where they can sell a lot of tickets.
Shootout is no longer politically correct.
Should be East/West Banger
🙃
Whoops into the sand is going to be interesting.
At least it will be a soft landing for a crash rather then a berm or jump face lol
I'd go the other way... they are stupid... have you never watched a race??? Rc speaks on a 4 yr old level to ruin the audio, while constantly going split screen makes it unwatchable... thats utter stupidity... then there's the fact they treat the riders and manufacturers like animals on an Amish farm.... then there's a hundred other things... smart - no, greedy - fk yes....
When will daytona be an East/West Showdown?
So happy to see foxborough back. It blows when we have to switch back and forth with nyc every other year. New England is a completely different market than nyc and completely different fan base. Under perfect conditions it still takes 4 hours to get to nyc from boston. Thats a long ass drive 8 hr round trip but more like 9. Keep foxborough every year!
I’ve been to every Foxborough and every MetLife round since they started coming here. I personally like the MetLife rounds better. 4-5 hours isn’t really that bad of a drive. I make a weekend out of it staying in a hotel.
