The black forks look sick
Just to clarify, I have not seen black forks on a Factory KTM in recent times. Thanks to the thread, I see lots of KTM's with black forks 🙄
They're now trying to make it clear they like black folks..... I mean, black forks. Black forks are the best.
Color-anodized forks in general look super sick -- when they are brand new. But not when they get faded, scratched, or stained. The gold/tan ones that are common now are pretty good, and of course the raw aluminum look is nails, but everything else just doesn't seem to weather well.
The name of the founder from WP was Wim Peters abbreviated as WP!
WP was later dubbed "White Power," after the white coil springs Wim used.
Like to know more about the forks. The “new” fork, for production bikes or a Pro Component?
