Would be really cool to see Tomac end it at the biggest race of the year but I highly doubt he would want to after spending the last month thinking these last three was the end. I get the impression that’s he’s just going through the motions to get through SMX in one piece.
Have to think logically not what would be cool. Race is next week and Bikes are already shipped.
So who could jump on a Honda 450 and Factory Honda would let them? Cristian Craig seems like the only choice. He may not be at the top of his game and last time went bad, but he rides a Honda and has ridden a factory 450 in the past so the team should be cool with it.

If USA went with Juju or Ryder D, perhaps something could arranged with either the European KTM/Husqvarna team in order to get a bike whichever one is chosen. Simon Längenfelder and Kay de Wolf are both out so surely there are bikes not being utilized. Personally I think it could be in KTM's favor to have Smets offer up logistic help since Juju and Sacha Coenen are going to be teammates here very shortly anyways. Plus it might be a valuable opportunity for him to learn some things from such a modern mxgp powerhouse team.
Not that a specific team's interests necessarily need to be considered but it does logistically make sense. Hell, just huck Julian in the East for SX so he can still get some off-season time to recover from the year too.

Kawi was willing to send Marchbanks, but said it was too late to prep and ship a 450 in time. That was 2 weeks ago.
Either a rider brings their forks, shock, seat, bars, etc... with them and installs them on a bike that's already there, or we find someone to ride Chance's bike that is already on its way.
And some unrealistic solutions just for fun:
Deegan loads his bike into his private jet and flies over there (and takes Cooper Webb with him).
Kitchen breaks out a stock KX327 2 stroke (I know it's not legal).
Tomac delays his retirement and rides Hymas' Factory Honda 450.

He doesn’t have a bike, or a mechanic. They can get bike from Austria and shipped to the track in 2 hours for juju.
