I will say this , I treat moto like I treat the ufc with mma , I enjoy the sport as a whole so all these badass knuckle heads tht line up at the gate gets mad love from me 👌🏾💪🏾 cocky , arrogant or humble 

You need to add age ranges to the selections…For some reason VitalMx believes it’s representative of most mx fans..it’s not…This place is predominantly older dudes.

But I hear ya…. It was fun while it lasted. All good things must come to an end. All it takes is a handful of assholes to ruin a forum. 
While some will say just skip over the negative posts and don’t pay attention. Yes and no… I’ve tried that and it ain’t easy. Some of these VITARDS just feel the need to be a constant asshole and contribute absolutely nothing positive to the moto section. 
There’s a good reason why the name “Vitards” was developed. Personally I don’t get how there are some on here that accept and use that name in honor. Weird

It was always a crack-up seeing ( and well, being a part of' ) that at so many H&C gigs I went to!

You'd get the Big Burly Blokes in Wife Beaters, and the Gay fellas all singing it, and all getting along fine.

There was always a lack of BS around The Hunnas.

And the rare times there were Problems, Mark could sort out the dickheads, thoroughly.

To be fair vital is in no way statistically representative. Selecting for people who are obsessed (or old school) enough to read a moto specific forum in 2026 would net different results than if you were to post it on a more general site.

I do think it would be fairly interesting to see the results of this question if you just polled random fans at a nat or SX event. Just a binary yay or nay on deegs. If I had to guess it would be the opposite of what you see here. People don't line up for hours to get his autograph for nothing.

Not personally a fan, but he makes things interesting. I agree with the "black hat" thing. His dad did it. It's clearly on purpose. That really makes me like it less, I really don't like the kayfabe-ish thing in moto, but dislike of a rider is just as important as liking a rider when it comes to excitement for the races.

Even as just a fan of the racing I'm so sick of all this back and forth. It's getting to be way too much like politics. Do we really need the vital approval rating for every rider on the track?

We are just watching the origin story for the Metal Mulisha sequel. Once he starts really getting the shits the fireworks will start and there is definitely a market for a travelling show now that Travis is getting on in age.

Recency bias would likely dictate these answers. People were raging when he tried to take Jo out. Then most forgave and forgot once he started dominating SX. Now he’s not racing for team USA so people are mad again. 

Side note: I think it’s pretty funny that he took Jett’s advice. It wasn’t until Jett said “what’s your excuse? If I was you, I’d start coming up with one,” that Haiden started harping on bike setup. No one has really mentioned that… 

The real pole should be, will he win an SX main before his first outdoor moto? That’s the real question, and will have a major impact on his near future imo.
