The NFL...MLB...soccer...NBA players...skiing, pick a pro sport...all get paid to go and play wherever they go 100% of the time. But, MX racers are supposed to just happily donate their time without pay, foot the transport costs and risk career ending injury for what?? lol. I'd tell MXON to pound sand too.

I'm getting downvoted into oblivion on this but does Team Tedder even have their Huskys yet? Are the lights on at their shop this time of year? Not to mention Webb is under contract with Star until October 1. I have a feeling any time he gets to spend on the Husky will be getting ready for WSX not dialing in an outdoor setup for MXdN. Rick Ware might take issue with that. It's cool that he wants to go, but I don't see how it can happen.

Star is already getting flak for their decision to pull their riders from the MXDN. If they put the brakes on a guy who wants to go and is leaving their team anyway just after the MXDN, their PR will be in the gutter. Letting Coop go asap so he can get on the Husky (if it's ready) would be the least they can do right now considering the mess they've created.

Coop wants to ride a Star Yamaha for SMX

LoL...lmazing how you don't see that this lame analogy of yours is total nonsense.  If you can't see that, not gonna waste my time explaining it to you (again).

Maybe if you repeat this same idiotic line over and over it'll become even more true in YOUR head.

Find a different Hero to spend all your effort on...this one is just bringing embarrassment to you.

You didn't explain the first time, you just gave your opinion of Haiden Deegan and asserted he's a hypocrite. Opinions are not facts. The example I gave is the exact logic you used. I can put it into propositional form (google it) if you like, but there is no need since you did not in any way show that he is hypocrite, anymore than a person who waves an American flag, who declines to enlist in the military to represent their country, even though they are asked to do so through texts, emails, phone calls, etc. is a hypocrite.

For some strange reason, you seem to think the two are different, but they are not. Now I have no doubt that you will huff and puff and downvote, but the one thing you won't do is to show how Haiden Deegan is a hypocrite for waving an American flag at the races, and then also declining to race the MXoN (even though it was Star who declined and not Deegan).

Also, have a great day!

no real comment on the Deegs nonsense...but unless something changes within the internal operations of MXDN...it's gonna die out. These teams are resisting the current model, and only a couple more dominoes need to fall before the race has zero american participation (unless they're held here every time).

It does seed them in, that's about it. My point is that at contract time the Lawrences could have opted out of SMX and rode MXDN instead. No one cares about a made up SMX title. The SMX title is joked about quite often on this very forum. The only 3 titles anyone cares about is MXGP champ, Supercross champ, and AMA motocross champ. SMX is all about the money. Unfortunately MXDN is also all about the money for Luongo and MXGP. I don't blame any of the riders for skipping MXDN.

Ask Jo Shimoda if he cares about his SMX title…

Considering it's the only professional title Shimoda has ever won, I'm sure he does care. For the most part, the more accomplished riders care a whole lot more about a Supercross or motocross championship rather than a 3 event "series". and that's exactly what it is, a 3 event series that pays a buttload of money.

I explained why you're logic made zero sense on that and you must have seen it as you mocked me in your usual dboy-cultist style.

Discussing this kind of thing with someone like you is overall pointless as you see your little boy-hero as god-like as he can do no wrong...essentially your grossly out of touch with reality here....go out and touch some grass for your own sake.

Kid is a tool - go find another hero that's worth your time and effort as your just embarassing yourself here.

I'm glad to see this end up in flames. Maybe it will require them to do something about it? No more free loading.

Kellen was pretty fired up about this on LvK this week. Dropping F bombs and even a G D or two.

This week's show was a good listen.

Barcia has been riding better, maybe they should pick him or ask Eli

Not only that, but it is in the contracts for team sponsors of big sports teams that they have to pay more per post season game.  My Dad works in big health care systems and deals with sponsoring MLB, NFL, NHL, etc.

IMO the race needs to be only every 2 or 4 years. Every year just seems too much and I think you would see a lot more riders and teams wanting to go if that were the case.

Wild watching people crap on Deegan while the Lawerence’s backed out weeks ago and no one said a peep. No one should be mad at the riders when the promoter is making all the money and forcing riders to pay their own way. The juice isn’t worth the squeeze anymore and if MXoN wants a good race they should pay.

People need to lighten up on the patriotism deal. This is not the same race it was twenty years ago. To expect pro riders that are one injury away from losing their income stream to race for nothing in basically a fundraiser for the FIM and it's promoters is nuts. Plenty of racers in the past have chosen not to go as well as current riders and teams, they are entitled to their choices. Like everybody else I think the best riders involved would be cool, but if they choose not to, I respect their choices.

The point is that riders 20 years ago were thrilled to go and represent their country. These guys made way less money and didn't even think of the injury risk. The top racers today like Deegan already have multi generational wealth, fly the flag for clicks and followers and still won't go. If they have an injury that is understandable but some are driven by inflated egos and modern culture and don't give a shit about anything but themselves. The fans are just something else to exploit

I have my doubts that the top 06' guys made less than now.  That was a pretty good era before the 08-09 crash.

Troll behaviour at it's best with this clown.

I've answered your lame juvenile question more than once yet you just keep saying the same shat over and over and over. Doesn't matter how many times you say something that makes zero sense, it's still nonsense.  I'm actually embarrased for you , but go ahead and keep repeating the same thing over and over regardless of the fact that your juvenile analogy makes no sense to anyone but you.

Go find another little boy to worship and quit embarrasing yourself.

Keep posting them pics of your boy-hero.

Same Dboy pics you got taped to your bedroom ceiling?  After a hard day online of protecting your boy-hero, you must look forward to some alone time with your imaginary boy hero.

Another angle since this apparently has nothing to do with Star Racing Yamaha and is all about Deegan.  Do you really think with the fastest two riders on the planet OUT of this race, that Deegan doesn't actually want to race it?  He has a fair chance at a victory which he hasn't had all summer..   If there was ever a good time to show up thinking you have a very good chance to win, this is it, and on a world stage.

I know it is hard to look past hate, but if he is not going, there just might be more to it other than what you read here from people who really are doing nothing but speculating and assuming.

Herlings would smoke him. And a fit Lucas Coenen.

Because he has weaseled out of the MXDN for the fourth time while wrapping himself in the flag.

The right thing to do is nuke Australia and claim the Lawrence brothers as US property.
