Deegan has done phenomenal this season, but what is this narrative about the bike being new and not up to speed? No disrespect, but a different bike isn’t going to change the results, and the Honda is new as well with none of the same talk. Doesn’t really seem fair to Yamaha.

If deegan was 1st in quali, his riding would be impressive.  Slamming ruts, excelerating hard, exaggerated scrubs over every thing.  But then they show Lawrence's and it's so efficient,  so patient.  They get the bike stood up out of turns quickly and explode out without it looking explosive...

I mean seriously, who just watched that an truly thinks deegan is getting better or changing his riding style? Dude is full throttle in 2nd gear looking out of control and still couldn’t beat the brothers on lap time. The brothers look like they can run those laps consistently also.

Any word on Deacon Denno? Looks like he didn’t go out for the second qualifying session.

Who are the good rookies coming out of Loretta's this year? I'm usually on top of it, haven't been paying attention much this year.. heard there was a guy on a Beta who did pretty good

Dang, Zacho so close to cracking that top 10 qualifier. 11th is still respectable, Good for him. I hope he does well today (top15).

Not looking very good that is for sure.  I thought he would come out more like himself today.  But dang.  That second practice was slow...

I was thinking the same thing, but…

He might just he holding back thinking the track is only getting worse and he’s saving some juice for the motos…?

It's honestly so wild. He went from winning 4 SX races in the first half of the season and blowing by everyone at Daytona to being completely off pace ever since Birmingham (the weekend after Daytona where he was 40 seconds behind Hunter & Kenny). I don't buy the age thing. Dude looked like the favorite to win and the most aggressive he ever was earlier this year. He also had some really tough hits at the end of SX and then immediately at Pala. He's a tough MF to even come back to MX after Pala, but I still doesn't feel right to see him ride around outside the top 10th.

They interviewed him during the second session while the crew was in the background trying to get his bike to run. Looks like they didn't get the bike fixed.

i think he's crashed more on the KTM than all of his crashes on Yamaha and Kawi combined.

My hope, is that he tried a different setting, and was way off, so he knows the direction not to go for the Motos. If not... I would assume this will be his last MX season

I'm to the point that I just wish he would retire, Healthy.

The Lawrence’s look slow. They’re so efficient and smooth it doesn’t even look fast but it is! When you watch Deegan he rides so overly aggressive it looks like he’s the fastest guy out there but he’s not.
