My Audemars Piguet worth the GDP of Yemen, if this watch breaks, the foreign exchange market will take a twenty-eight percent hit, people will die.

Look up a Richard Mille watch. Cost more than most houses

Jett and Hunta should be investing in Real Estate and Stocks, not cars and watches.    $$$ is going to have to last them another 65 years +.

And they are not going to make this kind of $$ post MX career.

I'm pretty sure they are fine on the money front lol, Both have a good head on their shoulders thanks to their Dad.

And watches generally appreciate at that level of watch.

I’m sure you know ā€œnot all stocksā€¦ā€. The same, in reverse, is true of certain watch brands; they make decent investments.

But even more importantly, for high profile professional sportsmen, the brands pay them to wear them on camera. Not sure if that’s the case with Jett (though it should be). Almost all of the top Formula One teams have watch sponsorships, and if you watch their post race interviews closely, you’ll see them constantly using their watch arm to adjust their hat or hair or do something to put the watch more on display. Like mx racers do with their energy drink cans on the podium.

I noticed it. It's a Patek Aquanaut. Elite time piece for sure, and a juxtaposition to wear it with a whoop on the other wrist and a baseball cap.

I like that the Lawrences, Deegan, and Webb show a bit of flash (cars, watches, houses, pjs). Of course, I appreciate the humility of other riders too, but honestly, what's cooler than being able to afford cool shit from racing dirt bikes? Give me that kind of money and talent in my early 20s, and I'd probably be insufferable lol.

Go look up the values of the cars the brothers have purchased then come back with facts lol.

Virtually ANY Ferrari right now is an asset, not a liability. There are many Ferraris that have more than doubled in market value in the last 2-3 years alone.

The F12's they bought two years ago are up about $100k each in those two years.

They definitely did their research before those purchases, so I'm sure the rest of their finances are fine man.

You really have no idea what they will be making post moto career. They are smart young men … there is a good chance with their investments they will be making more after retirement than they are at this point in their lives

How do you know they’re not investing in real estate and stocks?

Jett and Hunta both have proper kettles. Iv seen a Richard on both Hunta and Jett, its the same model so they must share. Jett has a Sky Dweller and Patek he usually likes. Hunta has his own Patek, Hunta also has a Jaxxon model thats a copy of that silhouette, HJ also had a rose gold Sub Mariner on the Millville video too. Classy pieces, Deegan runs the Bubba Richard which is on brand.

Philippe Dufour - last checked the wait list was almost a decade.  ( IF one is deemed worthy )
Rather than built by committee , this guy builds them entirely by himself.

Or .. if you have a sense of humor about such things ;

Being a watch guy is a way to show everyone how affluent and intelligent you are.  Us regular dolts just don't understand.

Pretty sure Jett was wearing two watches during a a post race press conference once 🤣. He has a collab with MVMT too, which is more of my price range for time pieces.

Even Clarkson, Hammond and May (of Top Gear/Grand Tour fame) had watch sponsors.
