The only reason Aden didn’t get paid, and any other riders is because they didn’t send it. It’s not that difficult to send an ACH payment. All you need is the Bank routing number, account number and recipient’s name and you click send. They didn’t send it.
If you get 5th in the LCQ race you didn't make the final 40 in the moto there is no payout. I noticed at one that He didn't make one of them so there is that.
