I'm going to get ahead of things here for a minute and pose a hypothetical situation. Hansen and Barcia arrive in Vegas as series leaders... they proceed to brawl in the main... who makes who take a dirt sample and do either one of them survive the night and win their respective title?

I think Barcia would rock Hanny. Hanny's hollywood and looks tougher than he really is.

Barcia is a blue-collar kid that is riding that aggression through his career.

I like both of the guys but if it came down to it I think we would see Barcia punting Hanny and Josh complaining about it on a Dirt Shark video somewhere.

Being from the northeast I'm a Barcia fan. The east coast lites series is stacked and the top 5 would give Hansen a problem. I don't think one east-west shoot out would prove much. Hanny and Barcia in a MX series might prove the argument.

This question is retarded. Hansen is unstoppable. Remember when his arm got trapped under a boulder during practice at A2, and he had to cut it off with a dull knife in order to make the main?

Or was it a broken pinky? Whatever... Barcia's fun to watch, but Hanny has him covered.

hanni is too seasoned to be taken out by triple B. Contact, for sure, but triple B will be the one on the ground if they get into it, not hanni.

I'm gonna have to go with Barcia. Hansen is tough but Barcia gets better every minute (but so does Hansen). Okay, well I'm actually undecided. Hansen seems to get better too, even though he is a little older than Barcia. Hansen is a late bloomer for sure.

As far as my understanding is, the East vs West ride separate main events for their titles and then a combined shootout race...so they'd win their titles and then get to take each other out.

Barcias aggressive style is come in and bang past. Very abrupt and brute

Hanny is smooth calculated agressive moves..very tactical, and planned

What wins?

As far as I know each region will have their final main then a East/west shootout.

I really think it could be Barcia / Wharton / Willson / Tickle or Hanson for the shootout win. Head to Head Bam Bam v. Little Hanny. I'll take Bam Bam. As for Hanny " I just don't like the guy, the guys a douchbag". ; )

Barcia and Wilson both beat Hansen in Vegas. I wouldnt be surprised to not even see Hansen on the box.

correct me if I'm wrong but...I believe they are running their own races to wrap up title then top 10 from each race will go on to the shootout. Thus, the championships will already be decided, leaving nothing to lose.

Should be good though!!

barcia slams people and turns way before the corner even starts. it looks dirty way before he even makes contact. it's cool and old school though so i dig it.

hansen smoothly and methodically over powers the other rider into simply falling over by themselves. much smarter tactic.

if the two get together, which could happen if hansen gets a shitty start, then i see hansen being the victor of the spoils

Hanson is a calculated punter. Where barcia goes in hot and wild hoping it works out and usually does for him.
I started a thread about the Vegas format last week with zero replies. I could not believe that no one was interested. 4 mains, 4 champions in one night. I am going for sure. Not to mention I left there rich last time. Oh yea the cards fall right for me there. I was stacking my chips when I met GuyB for the first time there.

Hansen wins hands down!!!!Older(Maybe too old for this class),wiser,smoother. He could've won the final last year had he gotten a better start.....Hansen has won 3 out of 5 races so far in the west, Barcia has only won 1in the east...Let's see where he's at after 4 more races.
