Whats funny? You gotta finish them before you stamp it. Look at Jett. This injury could derail everything.

Between all the young guys and more and more foreigners realizing they can come over here and compete, I think there's about to be a lot of lovable privateers that have been doing it for years finally decide to give it up in the next year or so.

I know guys have been coming over here for years from mxgp, but seems like the dam might be about to break when even EMX guys are starting to come over for a few races.

Im here for it!! Its so great for the racing.

Just because trending would imply that he's on his way to have better stats, but he's already surpassing them. I don't know if he'll be able to get 4 titles though, I think his 250 career will be way shorter though because he's won the SX title so early (2nd year compared to 3rd year with Jett and Deegan).

I thumbs up...but not for Shimoda, but I think Deegan is just amazing at going down hard and picks it up with little damage... is he one of the top pros that have been least injured the last 3 years maybe?

Jcoop until his scary crash last month has been there avoiding injury pretty much since his pro debut.

Deegan definitely had some pretty big get offs in the last years and was always able to avoid injury or just roll out of these crashes. Dude is tough, that's for sure. Hurting his shoulder at SMX obviously, but he kinda forced that lol

Yes he "is on his way". I think once his 250 career is over, if he stays healthy, people will have no problem saying it was better if the overall wins etc was less because it was in less seasons. For example Deegan has 14 SX career wins Cole has 5. Jett had 13 hunter had 12.

I think that was pretty clear. The only issue is Deegan is in the conversation and he gets absolutely zero credit for anything he has done.

Has anyone noticed watching Deegan lately his riding style is weird on 450, I never noticed it on 250 he looked fine on that but it stands out now on 450 to me. Looks almost like he's hunched his shoulders. They up near his ears (slight exaggeration) Looks like he has no neck when you watch him ride, might be just his gear but it stands out to me now when I see it and I cant unsee it now.

Deegan starting to sound like Sexton blaming his bike for his issues. I kid, I kid.

He gets all the credit, you said it in one of your previous posts saying the media hypes him up. Thats him getting credit for an amazing 250 career lol.

I get it ,its nice to finally have a rider not blame the bike . Hearing prado and chase spit their pacifiers out after every race to tell us how bad the bike set up was and not not their fault was getting ridiculous.

I know it’s reaching but could they have prepped the track in a way so that it doesn’t suit the euros? It’s normally a lot deeper than this

I had binoculars on him at Hangtown and didn’t see him move for the time I could see him - when the mule drove off. Must’ve been 15 minutes. I was scared 💩-less for him.

I've never even seen the crash.  And after knowing how bad the concussion was, I refuse to watch the footage. I was pumped, I thought he was coming back for Red Bud. I think we would have seen podoums from him this summer if he didn't get hurt

They are trying NOT to suit the 'Euros'.

Dig it as deep as Lommel and they'd be a lap ahead.

If you watch Lommel, you know the euro’s are phenomenal in deep sand. The Coenen brother’s moved to France to get exposure and get better at riding hard pack because they have rode deep sand their whole life.

If it makes you feel any better it wasn't his fault. Just a racing incident. Wrong place wrong time with Haarup's crash.

Im curious how bad Lucas would whup a healthy Jett at Lommel. And if Jett just practiced Lommel non-stop how quickly could he adapt to be competitive with him there?

They has a huge amount of rain that make the track pack more and what you have, Dryer is what you are asking for.

Serious question: is this all bad luck, coincidence or are perhaps AMA riders are riding over their head to keep up with all the fast the foreigners?

Coincidence definitely. Jcoop is not known for riding over his limit. Tomac had a bad incident at the first lap he couldn't do anything about it. Sexton with a press day crash.. I think the level and speed is definitely higher now which automatically brings more risk but most of these are not "pushing too much" outcomes imo.
