One of them is in the twilight of his career. The other doesn’t seem to gel with whatever bike he’s on and arguably at times has the filling of a Twinkie for a brain while racing. Personally I love rooting for riders and families that risked it all to come here from their home country, assimilate, work their asses off, find success, and end up saying on the podium “we love it here”. That is 100% what America was always about and as far as I’m concerned people like that are as American as anyone born here.

Who it would be matters to me though. I loved the RD, RV, ET type rider.
