Face is welted up. It didn’t show up much on the broadcast, but trackside I watched him take countless face fulls of roost coming through the pack. RJ in particular gave him so many. It was brutal. He’s got more heart than people give him credit for.

Hunter went 2/3 for 2nd overall in his first 450 race against the same guys who were there yesterday, and with none of the hype or theatrics...
My press day interview was the best I've done with Haiden; he was honest, funny and dropped his guard a little bit.
It was the most 'normal' (is that the right word?) I've seen him.
Did he start in 20th? Better yet, if Hunter started in 20th yesterday, where do you think he would have finished?

Yes and that was a great result for Hunter… look at what he’s doing now. I’m not interested in the comparisons, nor am I interested in 20year olds social media back & fourth. Hunters result doesn’t take away from HD having a solid debut. Sports in a good spot. I’m more interested to see how Cole gets on in the 250s, he could likely 3,4,5 his way into an outdoor title with this field being so inconsistent.
