Looks like it's about Alessis Daytona amateur sx +40 race last spring, just by the description.
Just based off the names of the cast and director, it looks like it'll have some killer Bollywood action sequences, and maybe a fabulous dance number or two.
What’s the chances that the bikes sound just like a Harley?
2 hours and 39 minutes?!

Well, I definitely didn’t see that coming: Bollywood has beaten Hollywood to the punch and produced a vintage era MX Romance saga…!
I genuinely can’t tell if this is supposed to take place in modern times or the 1970s 😂.
Inspired by true events.
How many of you remember Storming Home?

Nice hair
That’s my weekend viewing sorted. 😁
I had the same question. I didn’t watch the trailer until Mav posted it but I saw the autoplay on Netflix and immediately noticed that the riding style definitely looked “vintage”, which is kind of nuanced on the director’s part if intentional.
I was like, where did they even find people that know how to ride like that these days? Is that normal in India?
Bikes and gear definitely aren’t modern.
Gotta admit the production values seem pretty high. And the bikes look to be in good condition. I don’t know about the story, but I would watch for the riding stuff.
Are RC and Diffey announcing?
Is it vintage.....Or is it Bajaj?
A bit like the first time you see Napoleon Dynamite, and you can't figure out if it's 1988, or it's 2008 and they're just Mormons.
How have I never heard of this movie before?
It's 2026, but they're racing in India on the only full-sized motorcycles they can find.
I love the Hannah-ish quote with an Indian accent: "Twho chompiahns can nevahdr be friends!" 😁
(Apologies to any of my Indian brothers and sisters out there.)
To be fair this could be based in Melbourne or Sydney
Pit Row
I'll watch it.
The rider fully engulfed in flames has sealed the deal for me, lmao
Royal Enfield vs Bajaj?
Auckland too
At 49 seconds in the trailer the guy says "block pass" as if it is some sort of extreme and rare maneuver. lol
It's 2026 and Kodak Film is sponsoring the race?
I imagine it's more like a lot of Indian Film, where it takes place in a fantasy time/place, but lots of effort is put in to capture the general vibe of a real era.
wonder what former pros consulted on it
someone check the credits
They used Suzuki's , nobody could start them .
I think in that part of the world they’re still using pull-start technology. Took a while because they had to keep restringing the pull cord.
Reminds me of the race scene in Charlie’s angels where the bikes would explode if you case a jump. Hollywood logic.
Hey, I’m a Mormon and that was pretty funny, hahaha!
Much of it takes place in 1994. I’m about 45 minutes in and it’s so bad that it’s awesome
