Luckiest/Badass Scrub/Transfer

I don’t think he was stoked with the move by Schock.

Had to have been some words with Schock after that I’d think.

Ricky made the comment that schock obviously didn't mean to do that, but it sure looked like he didnt NOT mean to do it.

Yaa I don’t think Schock was wanting Simonson to pass him, that was pretty lame imo, with the way Devin was riding he could’ve maybe been on the podium or the top 5, he was moving.

Schock seems like a good guy, however I can’t see how that move was anything but on purpose.

Honestly always one of my fears watching supercross and I'm so glad this isn't a normal thing to see. It was also one of my biggest worries at my first sx futures race when they ran the series on Sunday. Some of those tracks weren't really tamed down. For some odd reason AX doesn't bother me.

We've been pretty lucky that , so far, we've not had a truly dreadful 'head on'( that I can recall)  in SX. 

That one for Simonson, could have been very bad. Frightening, really, I think. 

A fair few years ago, I recall a collision when a rider came off the LH side of the track, into a head on with another rider who was coming around a sweeper. Can't recall the names of the riders, or the exact injuries - perhaps a broken leg?

There's buggerall room for error in SX, with lanes right up against each other.

Incredible heads up riding.  As a former racer and long time fan, I was so impressed by how that all unfolded.  I am of the opinion that it was more of a racing incident than Schock being overly aggressive.  Simonson could have let him pass and chose not to.  

Especially because Shock was on it and flying. Simonson kinda whicked it up when Shock passed him. Is there a rivalry at the practice track we don't know about? 😂 

I’ve heard it mentioned more than once that they were pushing each other on the practice track.

That had me screaming at the tv! Just wow!! 

Really glad it ended up like a Cinderella story because ethat could have gone so wrong in so many ways! 

When it happen my wife said, "K-Dub would have been impressed."

I’ve yet to be convinced that wasn’t AI.

That's so true haha. Always got that one guy rejoining the track at the most random places riding into everyones path 😄

That could have been really really ugly.  So fortunate no one was hurt
