Very cool buddy they’re such a work of art every part is billet or hand made no cast parts . I was watching a video online of the factory tour and they had an old guy that’s been there 30 years just ports 2 striker like cylinders . I read they make around 1100-1500 bikes a year every model combined. They had importers asking for more but they refuse to make more and that’s prob why they’re the only European brand never bankrupt or had to sell out . I always wanted a 94-96 and finally got one last year now I want to find the newer pink edition to go with it

I wish they would move away from that shroud design, but still a beautiful bike regardless. Congrats!

You missed Beta. Been owned by the same family for over 100 years.  Both companies very conservative compared to others, but Beta is huge in comparison to TM, especially here in the US.

The only purpose-built 144 available. I’m so jealous. Wow. Sik 👍

I really like what they did with the color of the triple clamps & forks this year!

That older motor is really great! My son raced one for awhile and I’ll say proper jetting really makes it run strong!  Even though it seemed to run good I messed with it more and really got a lot more bottom end out of it.  Unfortunately I can’t find those specs again 🤦‍♀️

Are you east coast or west coast? Just wondering which importer it went through?

If you know a person who knows a thing or two about all the electronics in the TM it will be as fast as a KTM and steer way better

Damn! Almost too pretty to ride. Really like the gray with accents.

Sweet bike and congrats! A few years ago I purchased two older 250 2 strokes as a package deal. They are superior in build quality, parts are just as hard/easy to come by as any comparable Japanese vintage MX'er.

You sir, made a great choice based on having fun, beautiful bike!

@Ktmscout

When looking at this picture, it reminds me of a recent thread I saw.  Please take a close look in person.  Can't tell from photos.

Just double checked all the welds. They look good.
Had some grease on the welds  from dirty hands touching an unmolested bike.

Thanks for bringing to my attention
