But dam Hunter Lawrence is coming into his own!
Then he should've done it without cutting the track
It’s been rough. Could be last yr on a factory bike.
Whose was it? I missed this.

Did you see it? Zero advantage gained, if anything it slowed him down.
Pointless penalty all he did was clip the first or second marker, it’s not like he cut the track.
Exactly…
The only reason Star allowed Deegan to be penalized is because it gave Davies an extra 3 point cushion over Hammaker. What was 3 is now 6. A win for Yamaha.
That’s pretty interesting actually
This, otherwise it would have been a whole drawn out process like the red light stuff
Down 1 coming in to tonight, down 3 after 2-3 provisional finishes, Now down 6 after 1 and 2 swap.
4D team tactics.
I was thinking the same. Wonder if he could take JA21 bike for next season?
That was probably the most undeserved penalty I’ve ever seen. I hate that the quoted post makes sense.
How does Star "allow" the penalty?
Looked to me that Prado screwed up Eli's flow and that was it. Bubba even commented on how they can do that to Tomac. I have seen it before with Webb, Anderson, and Barcia being the most successful at taking Eli off rhythm. KTM can't be happy about it, can they???
He meant allow in the sense of likely not fighting AMA to the death against the penalty like they traditionally do
Grant Harlan 14th. That’s gotta be a career best finish for him? Glad to see he’s turning it around!
ICYMI: Revised Results
Pit Row
He “clip[ped] the first or second marker” as he was cutting between them to get to the inside line (otherwise known as cutting the track), which is against the rules.
Looks like AP has his left knee wrapped. Hopefully just a stinger and not worse.

Kitchen is not in the kinda shape he needs to be in to race at Deegan’s or Davies pace on a consistent basis. Neither is Jo.

Deegan torched Davies and the entire class and you know it!

Was at the race tonight, just made it home! So enjoyable to watch the riding techniques in person, you can really appreciate a lot more, and even the camera work at the actual event is fantastic. Didn't miss bondo at all. 😅
Some observations,
250:
Man that was an absolute blast 10/10 race for me. Bummed to see Jo go from 2nd to 4th with 3 turns left, but wow it was everyone up there I wanted to see! And I'm not even a fan, but I must acknowledge Deegan is a baddddd dude on a dirtbike. That was gnarly in person. The guy looked so strong and planted on the bike. All the top guys were racing hard, but somehow Deegan raced even harder.. it was genuinely impressive.
450:
Hunter rode great, looked very relaxed and controlled. I didn't catch him looking sketchy or out of shape once. Just looked like a smart, controlled, managed win. Very efficient on the bike imo. Effortless.
Ken was absolutely flying and looked so comfortable on the Suzuki. It was a joy to watch. Ken's riding style is just so fluid. Ken in many ways looks as good as ever.
Not sure what happened to Eli.. he looked amazing in qualifying but his body language was off in the main, he completely lacked intensity, just kind of looked like he was riding around. Not sure if the JCoop thing spooked him, if he felt unwell, or just no flow, but he didn't look like himself. 🤷♂️
Aaron Plessinger: “I was planning on Birmingham being a good day. Practice went decent and the track was wild – dry and wet at the same time, if you can imagine that! It was just a wild track altogether, but I qualified ninth and then had a really good Heat Race in battling with Jorge and felt good. I got a good start in the Main Event, rode a little tight at first, and then started to loosen up as the race went on. Then I hit a rock on the face of a jump, and I felt the rear-end start to rise, which is when I knew I wasn’t going to make the triple. I tried to ditch the bike, but it was too late, and the bars hit my knees. After that it was a bit of a blur – I think I did a flip or two and, when I landed, I heard something really crunch so that was the end of my night. I went to the Medical Unit, they checked me out, and I am in one piece, but I am just sore and bummed out. I felt like we made a lot of good progress in the break, but I just have to keep grinding to get to where we need to be.”
Just checked and his best is a 9th in 450SX and a 5th in 250SX.
You aren’t very intelligent are you? They were both 19 at the start of the season and turned 20 the year they moved up to 450s.
