Best part of the race for me is when he forced his way past Webb….

Yup, he made some quick moves, pity we never got to see it but it was the 1st-2nd lap so the cameras were focus on the tussle for the lead.

That 4th to second sequence was pretty cool to watch.

He manhandled Webb. He probably pushed a few others around too.

Why watch that when we can have the split screen focusing on the battle for the lead along with Sexton’s hero ride from 10th to 6th

If they've got glasses with cameras embedded in them like what Matthes now uses, then sooner or later, first-person-view pro rider vids will come back.  And footage of moments like this will be rad.

We paused it when eli was crossing the holeshot line and it appeared he was in 13th.  But the first time timing and scoring came up on screen, it had him up to 11th already

Something about that main had him frustrated and it wasn’t his bike - that’s all I know. Watching his interview he seemed like he was not content, regardless of what he said.

Elis starts hasn't been great. His reaction time and first 3-4 feet is bad.

If he was a starter like Kenny, I could see him going for 72+ wins.

I think he was frustrated that he followed for so long.

Jesus, I was so focused on Eli’s bad start that I didn’t even notice how much worse Chase’s was.

I agree. I think that’s why we saw him take Webb like that and then his frustration was probably equally with a track that couldn’t take his aggression to push to Hunter.

Not saying we’re the same but I’ve been to tracks before where it was dry and slick like that in some areas and there was simply no more speed to be had.

1st place to 5th is a 27 points difference.

With 10 more rounds to go a lot can still happen shuffling the deck

We rarely see ET3 jumping in the whoops . . . and his whoop jumping technique suffers compared to others. I think it's safe to say ET3 lost last night because of the whoops and the guys in front gapping him in this section

If we didn’t have Feld (or us that AMA) keep go pro or insta360 away from riders we could have seen an awesome 2 lap video like  Bubba Toronto 2014.

The first time they showed him jumping I was thinking that wasnt going to work, but midways when it'd show them he didn't seem to be losing much through them.

The broadcast showed nearly all of it, and mentioned as well, it just wasn’t a focus point for the cameras. It was impressive, he snuck up the inside of the first corner past a ton of people all at once and was in a good spot with clear track at the start of lap two.
